Hurricane Florence makes landfall in the Carolinas, the most powerful storm to hit so far north in the U.S. ever. Isaac and Helene are fast on her heels. Devastation is expected on many fronts, but the nuclear power plants are ready and will weather these storms better than almost anything else.
