Pipelines (Like Keystone) Best To Move Oil

If President Obama needed yet another reason to drop his opposition to the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada - and it shouldn't be necessary - here it is: More and more oil is being transported across the United States by train because there is simply no other way to get it from wells to refineries.
